Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for qualifying orders shipping within our standard delivery areas

Returns & Exchanges

Just as we nurture our plants to thrive, we want your gardening experience to flourish. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Our 15-Day Guarantee

Like monitoring a new plant’s acclimation period, we offer 15 days from delivery date to request returns or exchanges. This gives you time to inspect your plants as thoroughly as we inspect our greenhouse specimens.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain delicate specimens in our collection require special consideration and cannot be returned:

  • Plants marked as “Rare” in product titles (including our Rare Azaleas, Rare Conifers, Japanese Maples, and other specialty plants)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Plants that have been planted or removed from original packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as you would transplant a delicate Camellia or Clematis Vine:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our Customer Care team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send detailed packaging guidelines—treat your return shipment with the same care we use when shipping our Fragrant Plants and Gardenias.
  3. Package Securely: Return the plant in its original container with all identifying tags intact, just as you received it.
  4. Ship Back: Use the provided return label (return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the error was ours).
  5. Inspection: Our horticultural team will examine the returned plant with the same scrutiny we apply to our Rare Flowering Plants collection.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds grow at different rates depending on your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Store Credit: Immediate issuance upon approval (perfect for selecting alternative Groundcover Plants or Hydrangeas)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Options

Prefer to exchange for another botanical treasure? We’ll help you select the perfect replacement from our collection of Magnolia Trees, Boxwood, or other plants. Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return.

For exchanges:

  • We’ll cover the shipping cost if the exchange is due to our error
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
  • Expedited processing for members of our Rare Plants Club
