Our 15-Day Guarantee Period
Like monitoring a new plant’s acclimation period, we offer 15 days from delivery date to request returns or exchanges. This gives you time to inspect your plants as thoroughly as we would inspect our greenhouse specimens.
Special Considerations for Rare Plants
Certain specimens in our collection require extra care and cannot be returned:
- Rare and Limited Availability Plants (marked as “Rare” in product titles)
- Custom or Special Order Items
- Plants that have been planted or removed from original packaging
These exceptions follow the same principles that govern our rare Azaleas, Conifers, Japanese Maples, and other specialty plants—once they leave our controlled environment, their successful transition depends on their new caretaker.
Our Step-by-Step Return Process

Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds grow at different rates depending on your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after we process your return
