Do you offer mature plants or just starters?
We provide a range of sizes to suit different gardening needs. Our standard shipping is ideal for mature specimens (5-7 gallon sizes), while our free shipping option works well for smaller plants or when you’re planning seasonal installations in advance.
How do you recommend I care for my new plants after delivery?
Each plant comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend acclimating your plants gradually to their new environment, providing appropriate water based on the species’ needs, and protecting them from extreme weather conditions during their initial establishment period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we process orders as guest transactions for simplicity. However, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your plants are dispatched from our nursery.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
While we don’t have a formal bulk discount program, our free shipping on orders over $50 provides significant savings, especially for landscape designers or serious collectors ordering multiple rare plants.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship plants?
We ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian regions and remote areas. Our plants have found homes with gardeners from New York to London to Sydney, all benefiting from our climate-conscious shipping methods.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How are plants packaged for shipping?

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet my expectations?

Can I return plants if they don’t thrive in my garden?
While we can’t guarantee plants after they’ve been planted (as success depends on local conditions and care), we do offer advice through our gardening consultants to help you select plants suited to your specific climate and soil conditions.
