Description
Naturally compact and more cold hardy than other macrophylla Hydrangeas, ‘Double Delight Perfection’ produces abundant floral-quality blooms ranging from pink to rose or purple to blue shades above a compact dwarf mound of dense, dark green foliage. The flowers come in late spring and then rebloom again in summer through fall. As with most other mophead Hydrangeas, you choose the color. An alkaline to neutral produces the characteristic pink to rose flowers while and acidic soil produces purple to blue!

Landscape & Garden Uses
Growing to 2 to 3 feet tall and 4-5 feet wide, the Double Delights Perfection Hydrangea is ideal for use as an accent, in small groupings, or as a colorful hedge in home foundation plantings and landscape borders. It is also highly suitable for container culture and is a fine addition to cottage and cut flower gardens.
Suggested Spacing: 2.5 feet apart for solid hedges or borders; 6 feet or more apart for space between plants
Note: For our customers who live and garden north of USDA Planting Zone 5a, where this Hydrangea variety is not winter hardy outdoors, you can enjoy it in containers that can be moved indoors during winter and placed back outside when temperatures warm up in spring.
Growing Preferences
The Double Delights Perfection Hydrangeas is very easy to grow in most any average, moist but well-drained soil and sun or part shade. The plants will tolerate full sun in northern zones however appreciate some afternoon shade or filtered sun in warmer southern zones. We suggest at least 5 hours of direct sunlight per day or all day lightly filtered sun for best flowering. You choose the flower color. An alkaline soil produces pink to rose flowers while an acid soil produces purple to blue flowers. Learn more about soil pH and how to adjust it.
Note: Double Delights Perfection is an everblooming Hydrangea macrophylla species that produces its flowers from buds formed on both new and old wood.

Wish they had more Double delights line hydrangeas . Looking for “Freedom” particularly . It would be nice if you could provide that one for sale too.
